Flagstaff Surgical Associates is looking for a Urologist to join our thriving surgical specialty practice.

FSA offers Urological, General Surgery/Trauma and Ear, Nose & Throat (including allergy & audiology) and Gastroenterology care. Position Overview:
As a Urologist, you will diagnose and treat disorders of the urinary tract and male reproductive system. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care, perform surgical procedures, and contribute to the growth of our urology department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outpatient and inpatient urological care
- Perform minimally invasive and open surgical procedures
- Collaborate with other specialists for integrated patient care
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records
- Participate in trauma care and emergency consultations
- Engage in quality improvement and clinical innovation
Qualifications:
- Board Certification or Board Eligible in Urology (ABU or equivalent)
- Valid medical license in Arizona or eligibility to obtain
- Strong clinical, surgical, and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous learning
Salary & Benefits
Salary: $400,000.00 - $500,000.00
